Tis the season to be grateful.  We have a lot to be grateful for and as a family we try to incorporate gratitude into our daily lives.  It makes us happier and I believe it allows us to bring more to our relationships with others.  These are some things I am grateful for on the first three days of November:

November 1 – Thankful for great relationships with family and friends.

November 2 – Thankful for all that running brings into my life – friends, fitness, happiness.

November 3 – Thankful for my 2 guys who never cease to amaze me and bring me joy.
